Lemon Cream Tart

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 packet of Marie biscuits
75g of margarine or butter
250 ml of cream
1 tin of condensed milk
125 ml lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

Crush the biscuits.Melt the butter or margarine and mix with the biscuit crumbs.Press the crumbs against the sides and on the base of a pie dish.Beat the cream,condensed milk and lemon juice until peaks form.Spoon the mixture into the pie crust top with lemon zest(optional)and bake for about 10-30 minutes at 190°C until golden on top.img_0227
