Baked Lemon Chicken And Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

8 pieces of chicken
Salt and pepper
4 Large Potatoes
3 large cloves garlic crushed
3/4 cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dried origanum
Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a large,oiled baking tin.Scrub the potatoes but do not peel.Halve them and season with salt and pepper,then place them around the chicken pieces.Mix the garlic,lemon juice,origanum and oil and pour over the chicken and potatoes,cover with foil so the chicken cooks inside.After 30-40 minutes remove foil and put tin back in the oven and cook the chicken until brown.
