INGREDIENTS
* 15 ml Rosemary
* 3 ml Paprika
* 3 ml Garlic Salt
* 1 ml Ground Cumin
* Black Pepper
* 65 ml Margarine
* 4 Chicken Leg quarters or Chicken pieces
* Green Beans
* Cherry Tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the Rosemary, Paprika, Salt, Ground Cumin, and Black Pepper. Add margarine and mix well.
2. Wash chicken leg quarters or chicken pieces and pat dry. Snip off any excess skin.
3. Arrange the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pat the garlic mixture over each quarter.
4. Arrange the green beans between the chicken pieces.
5. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, then add the vine tomatoes to the roasting dish.
6. Continue cooking for 15 minutes or until chicken pieces are cooked through.
