T-bone steak and Thyme potatoes

INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 3/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/2 cup lemon juice
* 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* Ground black pepper to taste
* T-bone Steak

DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk the vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl until combined.
2. To use the marinade, place the meat in the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
3. Transfer skillets to the oven. Roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into the steak registers 200°C for about 40-45 minutes.

For the potatoes

INGREDIENTS

* 12 Baby potatoes
* 1tsp of Salt
* 1tsp ofGarlic
* 2 tsp of Thyme

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil in a pot the potatoes,salt and garlic. Until soft in the middle or until water is finished.
2. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mix in the thyme.
3. Fry the potatoes until golden.
