Beef Stir Fry

* Steak, cut across into strips
* 1 tbsp oil
* 3 cloves minced garlic
* I tsp of mixed herbs
* ½ cup of water
* 3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp of Aromat
* ½ tsp crushed chili paste or chili flakes
* Chopped peppers (green, red and yellow)
* 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
* 1 green onion sliced
* 3 carrots, sliced
* Cup of green beans

Directions

* Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan set over medium heat add the oil. When the oil is hot, lightly sauté the garlic for a minute. Pour the remaining ingredients (mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, aromat, chilli flakes) in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce begins to reduce or thicken.
* In a large pan set over medium-high heat, add the 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, quickly stir-fry the beef .You want it to be nice and crisp on the outsides, but not cooked throughout. Transfer cooked beef to a plate.
* Add the vegetables into the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce, beef, and allow everything to cook for an additional 2 minutes before removing from the heat. Serve immediately with a side of rice or noodles.
