Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup of cooked rice
* Half a cup of chopped shallots
* 2 carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
* Green and Yellow Pepper cut into cubes
* 1tsp of Garlic
* 3 tsp of any Chicken Spice if your choice ( I used Robertson’s Portuguese Chicken Spice)
* 3tsp of Chicken Spice
* 3tsp of Oregano
* 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

* Heat oil in a frying pan, when hot add the garlic,shallots and peppers. Cook for 3 minutes and add Carrots.
* When carrots have softened, add the cooked rice and spices. Mix well until all the rice is seasoned. Add soy sauce and mix well.
* Serve with Roast chicken.
