INGREDIENTS
- Whole bream Fish
- 1 lemon
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Chopped Shallots
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Lemon and parsley to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the grill/oven or if using the fire start your fire. Halve and slice your lemon.
- Make 3 crosswise slashes down to the bone on each side of the fish.
- Brush the fish with oil.
- Season Fish with salt and pepper. Stuff with Lemon slices,shallots.
- Season with rosemary and Thyme.
- Place the fish in aluminum foil, wrap tightly and grill for about 45 minutes.
