Whole grilled Fish

INGREDIENTS 

  • Whole bream Fish 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 2 Garlic cloves 
  • Thyme 
  • Rosemary 
  • Chopped Shallots 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Oil 
  • Lemon and parsley to serve 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Preheat the grill/oven or if using the fire start your fire. Halve and slice your lemon.
  2. Make 3 crosswise slashes down to the bone on each side of the fish.
  3. Brush the fish with oil.
  4. Season Fish with salt and pepper. Stuff with Lemon slices,shallots.
  5. Season with rosemary and Thyme. 
  6. Place the fish in aluminum foil, wrap tightly and grill for about 45 minutes.
