INGREDIENTS
- 10 Chicken wings
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1/2 Lime zest
- 2 tspPaprika
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Curry
- 2 cups of Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine milk, lime zest, rosemary,thyme, mixed herbs,curry, paprika, salt,pepper and garlic and stir.
- Pour marinade into a freezer bag. Add chicken wings and mix. Marinate for 1 hour in fridge.
- Add flour to a bowl and breadcrumb to another bowl. Toss marinated chicken in the flour, then back in the marinade, then coat in breadcrumbs using tongs.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Once hot, fry the wings until they’re well done. Serve with dipping sauce.
