Crumbed Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS 

  • 10 Chicken wings
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 tsp Rosemary 
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 Lime zest
  • 2 tspPaprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic 
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • 2 cups of Breadcrumbs 
  • 1 cup Flour 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Combine milk, lime zest, rosemary,thyme, mixed herbs,curry, paprika, salt,pepper and garlic and stir.
  • Pour marinade into a freezer bag. Add chicken wings and mix. Marinate for 1 hour in fridge.
  • Add flour to a bowl and breadcrumb to another bowl. Toss marinated chicken in the flour, then back in the marinade, then coat in breadcrumbs using tongs.
  • Heat oil in frying pan. Once hot, fry the wings until they’re well done. Serve with dipping sauce.
