Meatballs in a Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• Mince

• Grated onion, green pepper and carrot

• 2 teaspoons of Mixed herbs

• 3 tablespoons of Barbecue spice

• 2 teaspoons Paprika

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 2 tablespoons bread crumbs

• 2 teaspoons of salt

• Tomato purée

• Chopped onion

• Crushed garlic

• 3 teaspoons of Knorr Beef stew or any of your favorite stew.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

• Mix all the spices and grated vegetables and mince in a bowl.

• Roll the mixture into balls.

• Place the meatballs in a roasting tin and put the, in the oven until brown, roughly 30 minutes.

• Meanwhile make the sauce, heat oil in a large pan, add your onions and crushed garlic. Cook until soft.

• Add your tomato purée, let that simmer for 5 minutes.

• Place your meatballs in the sauce and cover with the purée.

• Mix hot water with your Knorr beef stew and add that to your meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes.

• Serve with spaghetti or rice.
