Chicken pieces of your choice
Mixed herbs
Garlic
Salt
Oil
Chicken spice
Flour
Paprika
Portuguese chicken spice
Cayenne pepper
Dried Rosemary
Royco chicken powder
Curry
Tumeric
Milk
METHOD
1. Boil chicken in garlic,salt, chicken spice, mixed herbs and a bit of oil
2. Drain the water when the chicken is cooked through
3. In a tray mix the flour, paprika,Portuguese chicken spice, cayenne pepper, turmeric,mixed herbs,dried rosemary, royco chicken powder,curry and a bit of salt.
4. Coat chicken in milk first, then coat in the flour mix, then in the milk again then the flour mix. Coat each piece by itself
5. Deep Fry the chicken until golden
