Homemade Oreo Ice cream

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of fresh cream

770 grams of sweet condensed milk ( two tins)

25 oreos, crushed

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place Oreos in a zip top bag and use a rolling pin to crush and pulse until the Oreos are a medium/fine crumb. Place in a medium size bowl and set aside.

2. Using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. About 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream combine.

4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container. Top with additional Oreos if desired. Cover with cling wrap.

5. Freeze overnight or for 6 hours.
