Crumbed Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast

Flour

Two cups of milk

Bread crumbs

Mixed herbs

Black pepper

Crushed garlic

Any other spices of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season them with salt, pepper and mixed herbs and garlic.

2. In a dish/bowl place the strips and add milk,set aside for 1 hour.

3. In a tray place your flour and season it with any seasoning of your choice.

4. In another tray place your bread crumbs and season.

5. Coat the chicken ( one strip at a time) with flour, then back into the milk and then coat with the bread crumbs.

6. Fry for about 7 minutes or until golden.
