INGREDIENTS:
Beef (sliced)
1 onion or Scallions
250 ml of fresh cream
1 packet of mushroom soup
Mixed herbs
2 cups of water
Salt and Peri and Peri
DIRECTIONS:
Place the beef,mixed herbs,peri-peri,salt and water in a pot and cook for about 40 minutes.Transfer the beef to a greased baking dish.Mix the mushroom soup with one cup of water.Fry the onions until cooked and add a little bit of water for moisture.Pour the gray into the onions and add a pinch of mixed herbs and fresh cream.Add peri-peri and a bit of water to have a nice creamy consistency.As soon as the mixture starts to simmer pour over the beef,bake at 180°C For 20 minutes.
