INGREDIENTS
* Oil or cooking spray, for greasing tin
* 1 cup smoky barbecue sauce
* 1 cup sweet chili sauce
* 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 20 chicken wings/pieces
* 4 spring onions, finely sliced, for serving
* Micro cilantro, for serving
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and lightly grease a roasting tin with oil or cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and black pepper. Add the chicken and mix until fully coated.
3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared roasting tin and spread into 1 even layer. Bake until the winglets are cooked through and golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a large serving platter and garnish with the spring onions and cilantro.
