INGREDIENTS
- Chicken pieces
- 3 potatoes cut into cubes
- 4 carrots cut into cubes
- 1 apple cut into cubes
- 1 onion
- 2tsp of rosemary
- 2 tsp of thyme
- 2 tsp of paprika
- Oil
- Salt and pepper to season
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Marinate the potatoes,carrots,onion and apple with oil,salt and pepper.
- Combine all the herbs in a bowl to create the marinate.
- Brush the chicken with the marinate.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and arrange the vegetables around the chicken. Cook covered with foil for 40 minutes, then remove foil and cook for 30 minutes.
