Carrot Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of cooked rice

1 sliced onion

2 carrots, peeled and grated

1tsp of Garlic

Parsley ( as much as you want really)

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of barbecue spice

2 teaspoons of savory rice spice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, when hot add the onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes and add Carrots and Parsley.

2. When carrots have softened, add the cooked rice and spices. Mix well until all the rice is seasoned.

3. Serve with Roast chicken/ Beef stew
